At Nealen Personal Care, Inc., our mission is to promote independent living. Our caregivers provide the highest standard of care to the elderly, veterans, or disabled in Johnstown, PA and the surrounding communities of Cambria County for the last 24 years. We are a 24/7 in-home care agency that is state-licensed and fully insured with general and professional liability insurance, with bonded caregivers who work to accommodate the client’s needs.

We offer a wide range of in-home, non-medical personal care services, including bathing and bathroom assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands and more. And we never send a caregiver to your home that you are unfamiliar with. All caregivers are personally introduced to you by one of our supervisors.
While we are on numerous state-funded programs, including the Independence Waiver, Attendant Care Waiver, OBRA Waiver, Aging Waiver, Area Agency on Aging’s Family Caregiver Support and Options Programs, we also provide services to veterans with physical limitations and private clientele.
