Employment Screening

We screen all candidates before employment. This screening includes an in-person interview in which the interviewee must have two references that can attest to your caregiving experience. You must also provide your social security number and be at least 18 years old. All employees must have a reliable method of transportation, car insurance, and we will check your DMV records. We reserve the right to randomly and periodically check your DMV records and criminal background throughout your employment. All employees must have at least two years of experience.
